1 Hour Cruise

Experience a relaxing 1 hour cruise aboard the Elver, a 25 ft steel narrow boat. Gently winding along the canal at a leisurely 4 knots gives the passenger ample time to take in the scenery and wildlife of this little known waterway.

Please feel free to bring a picnic, tables are carried on board should you require them.

The Elver carries a maximum of 12 passengers so we advise you to book your place in advance to avoid disappointment. Please bring a light jacket to ensure your comfort.

Departure times are at 10am, 11.30, 1.00, 2.30 and 4.00pm

Rowing Boat Hire

Explore the canal at your own pace.
Our sturdy rowing boats are designed for a maximum of 4 adults and are available for hire on an hourly basis.

To assist the novice rower the boats are fitted with lockable oars.

It is compulsory for children 12 years and under to wear a life jacket– which we can supply free of charge.
